  1. In the February Star-Dot-Star column, James Knoblock showed
  2. how a 1-2-3 file-saving macro could work dependably whether
  3. there was already a file with the same name or not. (1-2-3
  4. prompts for confirmation when you save to an old file name
  5. but not when you save to a new one a situation that can
  6. confuse a macro.) I have a simpler solution. Following the
  7. Save command with an R and an <Esc> will instruct 1-2-3 to
  8. overwrite the old file if it asks and will have no effect if
  9. it doesn't. Thus, a one-line macro, /FSfilename~R{ESC}, will
  10. handle all situations.
